My story

I'm Nicola a professional Sommelier and food lover with over 10 years of experience in the wine industry and food management.

I grew up in this region, in my family farm, always in contact with food and agricolture.

I started to get interested in the wine during university and obtained my A.I.S. sommelier certification when I was 26.

I have had the privilege of working for some of the most historic and famous wineries in the region: such as "Oddero Poderi e Cantine" (in La Morra) and "Coppo" in Canelli.
